I have NEVER not been able to get a same day appointment and if I have their on call person paged, they always call back.Summary: Welcome to the Terms of Service for Ciitizen. Michelle their Nurse Practicioner is also real nice. My favorites though are Dr Wilkey, Dr Schlosberg, Dr Garcia and Dr Basey. I actually have seen all their doctors and they are all great. We mostly went to the Stone Oak office, but they do have a Schertz office now as well. We have also been going to ABCD Pediatrics since my oldest was about 2 yrs old. My youngest fell on a handicap ramp one night during Fiesta and I called him, he told me he was at Fiesta with his family, but that if he needed to be seen he would leave and meet me at his office. AND didn't cry or anything b/c he made her feel that comfortable. Needless to say, she had to have her teeth pulled. I said I thought it could wait, and he said come in at 7:30 before his practice opened and he would see her first thing. Asked if I thought she needed to come in now or if it could wait. Call to leave a message on his answering machine but he gave his cell phone number for emergencies ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE. He told us soft food for a week, well one week later exactly she hit her teeth on brothers head at 7pm at night. I called him (never have been to his office before) and he told me to bring her right and he would squeeze her in. He is amazing, I have 3 kids, 8,6 and 4 and have seen him for about 4 yrs when my daughter knocked her teeth. I must say that Dr Steve Valez #-#-# in Schertz (it's a pediatric dentist). I have had some good recommendations here before and that is how I decided on my care provider for me during my pgncy and the hospital I'll be giving birth!!! I am very happy with the information I have acquired here! I was hoping If i got a few suggestions, maybe i'd get lucky and someone would be in my network! :) I was told Stone oak Pediatric dentistry was a good place to go, but they are out of network for my PPO and so its more out of pocket. I want to take both kids to one place, so I'm hoping to find another doctor for both before the baby comes!! She is great, but now that I'm expecting a baby, I don't see her as someone who would work well with infants. The doc recommended isn't taking new patients and hasn't been so we are seeing someone else in the same group and honestly I'm not really happy. My daughter (age four) has been seeing a pediatrician at a group that was recommended.
